Maleny cafes in Maple St
Starting from the roundabout at the bottom of Maple street, you will find at least 8 suitable cafes for Breakfast, along with a couple of coffee kiosks offering light food as well.
Maple 3 Cafe
Open for Breakfast daily from 6.30am, Maple 3 has 3 dining areas to choose from.
You can enjoy the morning sun on the front deck and watch as the town comes alive. Take a seat in the spacious dining room, or relax in the shaded court yard.
Maple 3 is home to a couple of large, and sociable Australian Water Dragons who you are sure to see if seated in the court yard.
The Breakfast menu has something to suit most tastes.
Maleny Bakery & cafe
If you are looking for something light and quick, the freshly made fare here might be just the thing.
From Pastries and Croissants, to Toasties, Muffins, Panini, Focaccia, and a wide range of tempting treats.
Seating is available inside or on the sidewalk
Open daily from 6am except Sunday when doors open at 7am.
Maleny Cafes –Sarah’s Unplugged
You will find Sarah’s Unplugged at 31 Maple street.
With everything made on the premises, Sarah’s offers a wide range of Breakfast options from 6.30am Thursday through Monday.
Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten Free choices are all available along with smoothies and freshly made juices.
You can dine inside or out, and your dogs are also welcome.
Maleny Food Co
Maleny Food Co. is right next door to Sarah’s.
Famous for their award winning Sorbets and Gelato as well as an exquisite selection of cheeses in their Fromagerie.
Here you can enjoy a traditional breakfast or leisurely brunch and maybe collect something special for later as you leave.
Along with the main Breakfast menu, there is also a Kids menu.

Monica’s Café Maleny
Monica’s is at 43 Maple St, is a fare Trade Cafe and a breakfast favourite.
If you are hungry in the morning, a “Big Breakfast”, (either traditional or Vegetarian), will see you through. Choose from seating indoors, upstairs or on the sidewalk where your dog will find passing friends and admirers.
Open daily from 7am – 2.30 pm every day except Thursday.
There is an “All Day” Breakfast Menu and “All Day” Lunch menu available. Both have Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian and Vegan choices.
Frank Food & Wine
Kelly has done a lovely job remodeling and expanding Frank cafe with indoor, sidewalk and rear patio seating.
Breakfast is served from from 6.30 am Tuesday through Sunday.
Vegan and Gluten free choices abound, and all produce is locally sourced including the free range eggs and meats, and home grown herbs and vegetables in season.
This is an easy place to spend some time, and their is a small play park next door which helps with the kids.
If your Brunch extends to Lunch, Frank Food & Wine is also licensed.
Their Breakfast menu is available till 2pm daily.

Maleny Lane
Home to an eclectic collection of food and beverage vendors, Maleny Lane provides options for all all tastes.
You can grab a Coffee from 8.30am and vendors are open from (am Wednesday through Sunday.
There are foods from many cultures here, and wandering from stall to stall is part of the experience.
Choose your favourite foods, and take a seat at any of the open air tables or decks and enjoy the Market like atmosphere of this unique location.
There is live music here every weekend, including daytime hours.
That is the last of the Maleny cafes, but, if you have a car, and would prefer to grab something outside of the township, there are numerous options North, South East and West of Maple street.

Mountain View Cafe
Located at 148 Mountain View Road, this beautiful café is part of the Mary Cairncross park precinct.
The Cafe commands stunning views south over the Glass House mountains. The building features beautiful stonework, floor to ceiling glass and indoor/outdoor seating, all taking advantage of the views.
This is another popular location.
Along with the views, comes excellent food, a play park for the children, and easy access to the pristine, remnant Rain Forrest reserve
Enjoy breakfast form 8.30am daily, then take a stroll through Mary Cairncross reserve.
To the North
The Nest at Witta
If you are heading towards Kenilworth, you will find The Nest at 466 Maleny-Kenilworth Road, about 10 km from Maleny.
Take a seat on the deck and enjoy a peaceful breakfast along with extensive views over the often mist filled valleys.
Open Wednesday till Sunday, the Breakfast menu is available from 7am on weekends and from 6.30am on weekdays.

Secrets café and Gallery
Located on Narrows Road, right beside Lake Baroon, this lovely café sits as a dining room and deck amongst the tree canopy.
If you are seated by the deck-side railing, you will likely be joined by the local bird life who will look to enjoy breakfast with you.
Make your choices from the menu, then take a look at the selection of works by local artists in the Gallery as your food is being prepared.
On a Sunday morning, don’t be surprised if George (the owner), treats the ladies at your table to a Rose freshly cut from his garden.
The Edge Restaurant Montville
Located behind the Arcade at 127 Main street in Montville.
If you enjoy a spectacular view, the East facing panorama here is unbeatable.
With decks over-hanging the escarpment, the views extend East all the way to the coast, with Mt Collum, Maroochydore and Caloundra all in view.
Breakfast menu is available from 8.30 am till 10.15 am daily.
