Maleny Show 2026

Horse Program Update-Maleny Show 2026

Due to excessive rain and wet ground conditions, there have been changes to the horse program at the Maleny Show this weekend.

Friday’s full horse program has been cancelled.

Saturday’s program will proceed as scheduled, with the exception of the Official Show Jumping Program.

While this will be disappointing news for many horse competitors and spectators, there is still plenty happening across the Maleny Show grounds this weekend.

The Maleny Show remains one of the Hinterland’s great annual events, with entertainment, pavilions, competitions, food, local exhibits, family activities, show rides, and plenty of country show atmosphere still on offer.

The weather conditions are improving, so, if you were planning to attend make your way to the Maleny Showgrounds, support the event, and enjoy everything else the 2026 Maleny Show has to offer.

Any competitors affected by the changes can contact malenyshowsociety for further information.
