What our guest are saying
Staying at Saddleback Farm was Amazing! It looks exactly like the photos… but what you don’t see is the warmth, love and character this farm home has to offer. The modern touches that are blended in beautifully, the abundant friendly wildlife and beautiful sanctuary pigs, & the most incredible views that no other property has! If you’re after total peace and quiet on a private, safe property then this is it!

Beautiful cottage, well organised and presented, spacious kitchen, living and dining areas, pretty, cosy bedrooms and a lovely garden. We loved that we could have our dog with us in the fully fenced yard and sleeping inside at night. We enjoyed the amazing views and the wild birds.

A spacious, well equipped home in beautiful surroundings with a 5* host - you can’t ask for more. We stayed as a family of 6 (2 kids, 2 parents, 2 grandparents) and loved it. The views are really special from the property and being out of town the peace and quiet is only interrupted by the bird song (and occasional cow mooing). Can’t recommend highly enough

Saddleback Farm is a dream stay. The house is lovely, the beds are comfortable, the enormous kitchen with the Arga style stovetop / oven just invites you to cook (if you are so inclined and I wish I had longer to indulge that passion). Then there are the views which are just extraordinary, and the evening visits by the wild birds (Kookaburras and Magpies galore) that come in for a nightly feed. It really is a magical place.

Wow, one of the best Airbnbswe’ve ever stayed at. The house is lovely, spacious, and accommodating, the location is wonderful near many sites and walks, but what really stood out beyond all else was Gary and Lucy’s hospitality and kindness. It felt like staying with family—they went above and beyond and made it a really magical stay. We mentioned our daughter loves animals and Gary and Lucy went all-out to give an animal-packed time. Our daughter loved it. Would wholeheartedly recommend staying here and hope to come back again one day.

We had a very relaxing time at Gary and Lucy's place. The view is amazing and we had the chance to view a pretty spectacular storm one night. I particularly liked the plants everywhere indoors. Gary and Lucy are lovely and responsive hosts. My boys liked feeding the pigs in the evening and interacting with the pigs and chickens. Our dog enjoyed the freedom of fully fenced yard

Gary and Lucy were wonderful hosts and genuinely cared about our stay. The place was everything and more than we expected. The views are incredible, there was privacy and one of the few places we have visited that was genuinely pet friendly. We also loved having the pigs grazing outside the fence with wonderful birdlife. The place is well equiped with everything we needed. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Gary and Lucy were beautiful hosts - so friendly, caring and passionate. They are so very kind to share this fabulous property. Instantly relaxing, private, so well equipt. The perfect rural feel. This is not just a place to stay but it truely is a home that is loved.
